After completing specialized fellowship training in Pediatric Orthopedic and scoliosis surgery at the Johns Hopkins Hospital, Dr. Bazzi moved back home to Detroit, MI to join the staff at the Children's Hospital of Michigan. Being on staff at a Level 1 pediatric trauma center, he has found great interest in managing acute injuries from sports-related activities to high-energy trauma. Dr. Bazzi has also brought with him his desire and passion for deformity correction, including idiopathic, early-onset, and neuromuscular scoliosis, limb lengthening, and clubfoot management.  Dr. Bazzi has performed the most limb lengthening procedures in the state of Michigan utilizing a state-of-art minimally invasive remote-controlled driven nails.

The essence of Dr. Bazzi's approach revolves around respecting the fragility of the growing child and promoting their well-being for future decades of function and life.
